This department focuses on building people’s skills and careers. They run skills audits, design training programmes, manage intern and WIL placements, and handle SETA compliance and skills levy claims. They work with clients to close skills gaps, prepare staff for new roles, and make sure training meets B-BBEE and labour law requirements.


Finance keeps the money side running smoothly for both Tranquil Pastures and its clients. They handle budgeting, invoicing, payments, and financial reporting, while also managing compliance with SARS, UIF, SDL, and COIDA. They advise on cost control, manage skills levy grants, and make sure the consultancy and client programmes stay financially healthy.


Payroll makes sure employees get paid accurately and on time. They calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, and statutory submissions like PAYE and UIF, and produce payslips and IRP5s. For clients, they often run full outsourced payroll services, handle queries, and ensure compliance with labour and tax laws.


Sales and Marketing brings in and keeps clients. They find leads, pitch services like recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and training, write proposals, and negotiate contracts. They also manage client relationships, promote Tranquil Pastures’ brand online and at events, and track market trends to shape what services to offer next.
